Patrick McCamley is a Partner and Co-founder of Skyline Partners. Mr. McCamley most recently served as a Sr. Partner with Civitium, the leading industry consultancy advising municipalities and industry on Digital Cities Strategies. While an active Partner at Civitium, Mr. McCamley served as the lead advisor for Las Vegas, Phoenix, Vancouver, BC, Rosario Argentina, World Bank and numerous other domestic and international agencies on matters related to community broadband strategy, policy, technology and communications planning. Prior to Civitium, Mr. McCamley served as Director of Business Development for Siemens, leading their New Market Initiatives in North and South America. Patrick also served as a Managing Director for Mendelson Associates, a management consulting firm and was a Business Development Executive for Inacom Corporation. Mr. McCamley holds a B.S. and MBA from Pennsylvania State University and is recognized as an industry leader and is a frequent speaker at industry events around the world.

David is a Partner and Co-founder of Skyline Partners. David Wendlandt most recently served as the Worldwide WiMAX Marketing Director for the Consumer Solutions Group of Intel Corporation. He joined Intel in September, 1998. In his most recent position, David was responsible for marketing programs with WiMAX service providers worldwide. Prior to joining the Consumer Solutions Group, David was Business Development Manager within Intel's Broadband Wireless Division where he developed strategic carrier relationships specific to WiMAX. Prior to joining Intel, David held various executive positions within the wireless industry including, CellularOne, CellStar, MCI and AT&T Wireless. Mr. Wendlandt holds a B.S. in Marketing from University of Minnesota and is recognized as an industry leader and is a frequent speaker at industry events around the world.
Dan O'Brien is a Partner with Skyline Partners. With over 25 years experience, he is active on several boards in addition to Digitalsmiths including InDenverTimes, SinglePipe Communications, Connected Lyfe and AdXStream. Previously, he was President and COO of PRIMESTAR, Inc. he oversaw the company's growth to 2.2 million customers, culminating in a sale to DirecTV of $2.6B. He previously served as President of Time Warner Satellite Services, which marketed and installed PRIMESTAR services, and served on the board of PRIMESTAR Partners, LP. Prior to that, Daniel was VP of Operations in Time Warner Cable's Cincinnati division and served as VP of New Business for Warner Cable Communications, Inc. in Dublin, Ohio. Prior to Time Warner, Daniel worked for Jones Intercable as General Manager of several properties in multiple states.
Carl L. Nerup
Mr. Nerup is a Partner of Skyline Partners. Previously, he was a Vice President in AT&T's Strategic Business Development organization, where he had responsibility for identifying new business opportunities across all AT&T business units. He also evaluated all Venture opportunities and manages the full Minority Investment Portfolio for AT&T. Prior to AT&T, Mr. Nerup was a Managing Director at Digital Island, a Cable & Wireless Company, a start-up provider of global hosting and content delivery services. Before that, Mr. Nerup was on the launch team for Aerial Communications, a start-up provider of GSM services in seven markets across the U.S., where he was the Head of Sales Operations and Distribution Strategy. Mr. Nerup has also served as a Senior Manager at USWest Cellular. Mr. Nerup is a frequent speaker at industry forums and conferences and provides advisory services to numerous companies in the emerging high technology and telecommunications industries as well as select nonprofit organizations and graduate schools.
Jim Anderson is a Partner of Skyline Partners. Mr. Anderson was most recently Vice President, Corporate Strategy for Qwest Communications. In this capacity, Mr. Anderson's responsibilities included the development of the corporation's strategic growth initiatives, strategic investments, partnership agreements, innovation framework, long-range plan, competitive intelligence and strategic data. He also led the company's development of strategic relationships having architected, negotiated and executed Qwest's strategic partnerships with Microsoft, DirecTV and Verizon Wireless. Prior to joining Qwest, Mr. Anderson held various executive positions at early stage startups and held business development, sales and engineering positions with Compaq Computer Corporation, and Shell Oil Company. Mr. Anderson holds a bachelor's degree with honors in business information systems and accounting from the University of Colorado in Boulder.
Chris Thelander most recently joined Skyline Partners from Nokia Siemens Networks, where he drove the AT&T Customer Business Team - building the managed services business. He was previously a Director at Siemens One. While at Siemens One, Chris worked to develop innovative solutions built on a combination of turnkey, end‐to‐end telecommunications and infrastructure solutions with key consumer, enterprise, and government applications. He joined Siemens One from Siemens Building Technologies where he spent 5 years in various management and business development roles, managing sales teams and was responsible for generating almost $2B in incremental revenue from new and existing customer accounts. His efforts have created new business in previously untapped, white space areas across diverse markets. Prior to joining Siemens, Chris held positions at Polymer Laboratories (Varian) and CPI Engineering Services (Lubrizol). Chris received his Master’s degree in Environmental Systems Engineering at Clemson University and his Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from Central Michigan University.
Alberto Carmona Garcia
Latin American Affiliate Partner
Alberto Garcia Carmona is an Affiliate Partner with Skyline Latin America. Previously, he served for nine years as Director of General Motors Argentina, managing Public Affairs, Export, Communication and Marketing areas. Mr. Carmona also served as Executive Producer of the Inform Mercosur TV program and Executive Director of Gran Canal TV Productions. His professional career began in the private consulting field for economic projects. He later became partner at Brons & Salas Law Office ( Buenos Aires), one of the most prestigious Law firms in Argentina. He is a member of the Board of Directors at the American Bar Association, American Chamber of Commerce of Argentina, Manufacturer Car Association, Junior Achievement Argentina and Chamber of Exporters of Argentina.
